There are two bedrooms upstairs, both with a king size bed and ensuite bathrooms. We can accommodate an extra bed for one more person, if needed, free of charge.

Our accommodation comprises of a living room, an open planned kitchen, two bedrooms and the swimming pool area with a furnished patio a side.
The tastefully furnished open plan living room is spacious and comfortable, has a seating area with two leathered sofas, a flat screen TV and a dining table for six.
The open planned kitchen offers full range of modern appliances with cooker and hob, a fridge, a microwave and washing machine. The extensive cupboard and storage spaces are well stocked with crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans and basic housekeeping equipment, an iron and ironing board, to ensure you enjoy an effortless ‘home-from-home’ experience.

Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, a king size bed, two bedside tables with night lamps and extensive fitted wardrobes, designed with your utmost comfort in mind. Both bedrooms share a balcony with a view of the neighbourhood.
Bathrooms offer contemporary and elegant sanitary ware suites with inbuilt sink, storage cabinets, towel rails, mirror and a shower.

Relax by our private pool, with four sun beds and two umbrellas for your relaxation and a shower for refreshing. A Barbecue Grill is also available, if you want to enjoy a BBQ night by the pool.
A side our private pool, it’s our Patio, furnished with a table and chairs, to enjoy your drinks or even your breakfast.

Our Villa is situated between Protaras Centre and Paralimni Village, in a quiet neighbourhood area. Supermarkets and Bakeries are just a 2 min drive away, by the roundabout and a hypermarket for all your needs is just 1 km away.
Along the coastline road to Pernera area and in the centre of Protaras you will find various restaurants, bars and shops. You can also find good shopping in Paralimni Village on 1st of April avenue. Just ask us and we will guide you to the best places. We live just meters away.
